APEX 41
Apex 41 is a 188 unit, class A, multi-family development which is currently in the final stages of lease up. We designed, developed, and built, and continue to own the project which is among the highest quality in the suburban Chicago market. The project was the final piece of this 60 acre mixed used development, which included a 150,000 sf Sears Great Indoors, 120,000 sf of multi-tenant retail of which we owned, developed and leased.
